Return Policy

Return Policy and Warranty Policy

At Oxford Lab Products, customer service satisfaction is our main priority. All returns requested to Oxford Lab Products must be in pristine, re-sellable condition and in original packaging, no exceptions. Returns without original packaging are not acceptable. Return conditions are based on the return tiers described below. Please consider that each product will be subject to a restocking fee. Under no circumstances shall the buyer return the product without prior consent from Oxford Lab Products and its distributors. To protect our employee’s health and safety, all returns, and warranties must be decontaminated in addition to the completion of the Decontamination Form. A. Return Policy

a) Our return policy comes in two tiers:
i) Tier 1: 30 Days after delivery (15% Restocking Fee)
(1) Products must be in pristine re-sellable condition and in original packaging.
ii) Tier 2: 31-90 Days after delivery (20% Restocking Fee)
(1) Products must be in pristine re-sellable condition and in original packaging.
b) Prior to any returns, all products must be authorized by Oxford LP in writing prior to acceptance of return.
i) Please fill out the Decontamination Form and Return Form.

B. Defective Items

a) Each Oxford Lab Product comes with a 7-day grace period for inspections. All defective items must be reported to the distributor prior to return/refund. Please refer to our Return Form.

C. Damage in Transit

a) Oxford Lab Products is not liable nor responsible for damage induced by the freight carrier.
b) Please contact both the distributor and freight carrier to make a claim.

D. Special Order/Custom Orders

a) No returns for specialized or custom labeled orders unless there has been a defect with the product.
E. Requests for Approval of Return
a) Fill out both the Decontamination Form and Return Form.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders must be authorized by Oxford Lab Products and submitted in writing, stating the satisfactory and reason for cancellation. Items can only be canceled if authorized prior to shipping. Contact info@oxfordlp.com or (858) 952-1818 for any cancellation requests. At Oxford Lab Products’ discretion, if there are extra costs applied to the order, the buyer is responsible for any extra fees / restock fees. There are no exceptions to customized product orders.

Limited Warranty

Oxford Lab Products warranty does not offer services to products with defects due to excessive wear and tear, damage due to shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, or usage not in accordance with the user manual, or damage by liquid permeation. Product and product warranty will be subject to validation and inspection by the Oxford Lab Products technician prior to any services. Oxford Lab Products, at will, will be liable and have the option to repair, replace, or refund the product if the product is free from improper usage and will perform under functions stated in the product user manual. Repairs and replacements will not be accepted if requested after its stated warranty program. To protect our employee’s health and safety, all returns, and warranties must be decontaminated in addition to the completion of the Decontamination Form. A. Products must be registered to our warranty program prior to any warranty services.

B. Our limited warranty policies only apply to products under Oxford Lab Products.

C. We provide Domestic (USA) and International Warranty Policies:

a. Domestic (USA)
i. Manual Pipettes: 10 Years
ii. Electronic Pipettes: 5 Years
iii. Equipment: 5 Years
b. International
i. Manual Pipettes: 5 Years
ii. Electronic Pipettes: 3 Years
iii. Equipment: 3 Years
