Oxford Lab Products is focused on customer satisfaction. We are willing to accept product returns if the need arises. Customers that have purchased from a distributor will need to process their return with their distributor. Customers that have purchased directly from Oxford Lab Products may refer to our return policy below
Products may be returned if the customer is not satisfied with the product condition. However, there may be some limitations. All returns need to be authorized, or the shipment will be returned to the sender.
1. Products returned within 30 days of delivery
a. Product must be in pristine condition and in original undamaged packaging.
b. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted unless there is a specific, approved reason for the return.
2. Products returned past 30 days of delivery
a. Products must be in pristine condition and in original undamaged packaging.
b. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted unless there is a specific, approved reason for the return.
3. Products Ordered in Error by the Customer
a. Return request must be approved by email confirmation from Oxford after completing an RMA form online.
b. Products must be in pristine condition and in original undamaged packaging.
c. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
d. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.
4. Wrong Item Shipped or Duplicate Orders
a. Please contact us immediately via our “Return / Exchange Request” form and we will provide a free shipping label to return the incorrect item/s. We will then send the correct item(s) immediately.
b. If the product is not returned within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label, the request will be void.
Refunds & Account Credits
Once the returned item has been received, we will inspect it and send a notification indicating approval or rejection.
• If approved, Oxford Lab Products will initiate a refund to the original payment method or issue the same amount in credit to the account. Please allow 48 hours processing time for this process.
• If rejected, Oxford Lab Products will send an email notification indicating the rejection.
